Nondiscrimination Notice
The Office for Civil Rights (OCR) of the United States Department of Education requires that local education agencies (LEAs) provide career and technical education (CTE) programs, services, and activities in accordance with the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.  The Texas Education Agency (TEA) has regulatory responsibilities for CTE programs in Texas public secondary schools and is required to adopt a civil rights compliance program to identify, remedy, and/or prevent discrimination in the CTE programs operated by LEAs.  Click here to access the notice.

Date of PSAT/NMSQT & College Advance Placement Test

The District shall post the date the PSAT/NMSQT will be administered and the date any college advanced placement tests will be administered, under Education Code 29.9.16.

Out-of-School Registration for TAKS Exit Level Retest

The district is required to post notices for individuals no longer enrolled in a Texas public school and who have not previously passed all sections of the TAKS, but have met all other graduation requirements. These individuals may retake the section(s) not mastered.

PSAT/NMSQT Testing & Homeschooled Students

 Dates of PSAT/NMSQT and any college advanced placement tests will be administered.  Must provide instructions for participation by a homeschooled pupil.
