District realignments announced

February 1, 2010

 In District 7, Valley Mills will be joined with Bosqueville, DeLeon, Itasca, and Santo  for Conference 1 A, 11-Man Division Football.

In basketball, Conference 1A Division 1, District 15, will consist of Blum, Bosqueville, Itasca, Meridian, Moody, and Valley Mills.

Congratulations to Valley Mills ISD students and teachers for earning a RECOGNIZED rating from the Texas Education Agency.

The Elementary School received an EXEMPLARY Rating (the highest rating available) from Texas Education Agency.

The Junior High and High School received RECOGNIZED ratings from the Texas Education Agency for the academic year 2008-2009.

2009 Accountability Ratings Available

Valley Mills ISD is a Title I School district.  Title I programs are designed to support basic improvement efforts in various academic programs.  Parents are invited to join school booster clubs, district committees, campus site-base committees and more!  To learn more about the Title I program, and to become a parent volunteer, ask your child's principal for details!
