After School Letter

Dear Parent (s):

If your child (ren) will be attending the Valley Mills Elementary After-School Program, please read this letter and complete the procedures and application form attached. We will need the form completed and your first week of tuition turned into the office BEFORE your child (ren) can stay with us.

Children staying in the After-School Program will be escorted to the music room by an adult for after school care. They will follow the schedule below. People picking up children will have to come in through the cafeteria doors in order to pick up children. If that door is locked, ring the outside bell for assistance.

Be sure to pick up your child (ren) on time because a late fee will be assessed if he/she is not picked up according to after school policy.

3:15-3:45 Snack
3:45-4:15 Play time
4:15-5:00 Homework, Educational Activities and/or Games
5:00-5:45 Educational Video


2011-2012 Tuition Schedule

Each Child: $30 a week and/or $10 a day
